Yes, all the pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, handwashing is recommended to preserve the artwork and glaze longer. Avoid using in the oven or prolonged microwave exposure for best results.

How should I care for my ceramics?
Handle your pieces gently, avoid sudden temperature changes, and wash by hand when possible to keep them in the best condition.

Can I request a custom order?
Yes! I accept custom orders for certain products. Contact me to discuss your ideas!

Shipping & Delivery

Can I pick up my order in Amsterdam?
Yes! You can choose local pickup in Amsterdam when placing your order. Just contact me to arrange a convenient time and place.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Since all items are handmade and unique, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Please contact me if you have concerns.

How long does shipping take and when will my order arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

- Within the Netherlands, orders usually arrive 2-3 days after shipment, except during holiday seasons.

- Within the European Union, delivery generally takes 3–7 days.

Every order includes tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Please note that any delays or missing parcels caused by the courier are not my responsibility. Customers must contact the courier directly for these issues.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the condition of the packaging at the moment of delivery. I’ll do my best to find a solution.

Yes, I ship within the European Union.
