Each order is carefully packed to make sure your ceramic pieces arrive safely.
I currently ship only within the Netherlands.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Estimated delivery time:
2–3 business days after the order has been processed.
 
Please note: I'm not responsible for lost parcels, shipping delays, or issues caused by the courier. If your item arrives damaged, please check the Return Policy and contact me within 48 hours of delivery :-)
