All artworks are made with care and shipped in protective packaging. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact me at info@jessicamorosoart.com within 14 days of delivery.
Exceptions — non-returnable items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised artworks
- Digital downloads
- Items that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Return conditions Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at info@jessicamorosoart.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging. I will do my best to make it right.
Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, I will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
